Simply download the game save from the link above the video. Copy the game save over to the PS3 and load up the game. Once the game loads trophies will start popping.
You have to start over afaik. They had a deadline as to when you could transfer your ps3 save to ps4. I think it was Mar 6 2017. If you google it you will find out a ton of info about it. 3.
